Love this Quote
"For every minute you remain angry, you give up 60 seconds of peace of mind."
Ralph Waldo Emerson
Anger soaks up so much energy, if instead you lay down for ten minutes, close your eyes and think of wonderful, peacful things the you will get back up feeling rejuvinated. Concentrate on your breath and calm your body.

Yoga is a fun and relaxing way to exercise. Exercise, stretching and eating good healthy foods are all very important for growing bodies.
Yoga also helps you relax. If you are having a hard time falling asleep at night, you can do yoga before your bedtime routine and it will help you relax. Another good time to do Yoga is after school, sometimes kids are so excited after everything they learned during the day and playing with their friends that it is hard to keep their listening ears on at home or sit to do homework. Stretching our bodies and listening to soft music after a busy day can help you or your children have a better evening and easier time concentrating on your homework.
It doesn't have to be a huge elaborate thing, allow if you and your children enjoy it that much it most certianly can be. Usually a routine of atleast 12 to 15 minutes will grant you amazing results!
